In THE MIST (due out in paperback on March 30), hotelier and amateur spy Lizzie Rush takes on a would-be killer in an Irish stone circle. I drew inspiration from my own visits to stone circles, but I just kept my eye out for cows! I stood in the middle of this stone circle (Beara Peninsula) on a misty Irish night. 
Carla – I loved The Mist. While I have been to Stonehenge, I have not visited Ireland — it’s on my list — and The Mist and Lizzie’s story provided a real incentive to go soon. The Mist is my favorite so far. Can’t wait until June 29 for the follow on! Jean

carla, I visted a stone circle in Kenmare recently, and felt the awesome power. a very strong place surrounded by evergreen trees, gated, so no cows
