Dam on the Ottaquechee

The picturesque Ottaquechee River winds through our part of Vermont. Simon Pearce, an Irish glassblower, converted an old mill on the dam into a showroom and restaurant. It’s a “must see” on a trip to Vermont!

I drive over this covered bridge every day. It can get slick when the spray is coming off the river and freezing on the road!
