Liar’s Key is now out in paperback! It’s the sixth novel in my Sharpe & Donovan suspense series, but it can be read as a standalone. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram praised the story for its “witty dialogue, engaging characters and an intriguing mystery,” and RT Book Reviews called it “insanely sensational” in their Top Pick! review.
Next up is Thief’s Mark, due out in hardcover on August 29. You can preorder a copy here (it helps so much, thank you!). FBI agents Emma Sharpe and Colin Donovan are wrapping up their Irish honeymoon when they get embroiled in a suspicious death at art thief Oliver York’s English country home. Says RT Book Reviews : “Featuring her flowing narrative, iconic characters and engrossing scenes, she takes fans through fascinating twists and turns to a finish readers won’t see coming.”
Here on our hilltop in northern New England, I’m training for a half-marathon in Ireland in early September. I tie on my running shoes and head out on my quiet route after my writing’s done for the day. I’ve faced some hot, humid weather and some nasty road kill, but for the most part I enjoy the birds, the river and the occasional slow-moving turtle.
Hard to believe it’s the last week in July! I love all the local fresh fruits and vegetables, especially blueberries. Be sure to enter my July contest for a signed copy of Heron’s Cove and a mouth-watering wild blueberry breakfast basket from Maine’s own Stonewall Kitchen.
